Privacy is of utmost concern to BLOOM organizations and users. Learn the team member data stored in BLOOM.
To see the information that BLOOM can collect about team members, as an Administrator, select a team member and click on Edit Profile. Selective Team Member information can be viewed based on security level. Administrators can see all Team Member information. Managers can see information for their Team Members only.
The following types of information can be collected for BLOOM users.
- Basic personal contact information including:
- Full Name, Address, Phone Numbers
- Profile Picture
- Security Level, Work Type, Date Hired
- Location, Business Unit, Division, Cost Center
- Emergency Contact Information
- Language Settings
- Time Zone and Time Settings
- BLOOM DOES NOT store Social Security Numbers
- There are many optional fields including:
- Birthdate
- Drivers ID, Company ID
- Ethnicity, Marital Status, Pronoun, Gender
- Kolbe and DiSC Results
- Biography
- Education/Experience
- Training
- Interests/hobbies
- Favorite Quote
- Professional Associations
- Volunteer Work
- Social Media Addresses
- BLOOM System Notification Settings for each Team Member are managed from the Edit Profile page.
Each Team Member menu allows Managers, Team Members, and Administrators to access the following menu items.
- Role Titles/Role History with wage history for each role
- Individual Development Goals
- Activities/Training
- Dialogues/Reviews
- Kudos/Feedback
- File uploads, such as PDF, Word Documents, etc.
- Manager Performance Journal Entries
- Team Member Personal Journal Entries
- Activity Log
