Security Levels

There are five security levels in BLOOM that grant access to the various sections.

The following Security Levels are granted full or limited access to the these Sections:  Profile, Dashboard, People, Grow, Reports, Admin  

• Administrator
• HR
• Executive
• Manager
• Personal  

Personal

• Access to Profile, Dashboard, People and Grow sections.
• People access is to the Organization Chart and Team Member Directory
• Grow access includes Announcements, Core Values, Organization Growth Plan, Kudos Log, Resource Center
  
  

• Access to Profile, Dashboard, People, Grow and Reports sections.
• People access is to My Team, Organization Chart and Team Member Directory
• Grow access includes Announcements, Core Values, Organization Growth Plan, Kudos Log, Resource Center
• Report access Manager level report for Team
• Note: Managers do not have ability to view subordinate pay data unless specified by their role code in the Pay Access Settings screen.

• Grow access includes Announcements, Core Values, Organization Growth Plan, Kudos Log, Resource Center
• Report access Executive level report for all Teams reporting directly.
• Note: Executives do not have ability to view subordinate pay data unless specified by their role code in the Pay Access Settings screen.

• Access to Profile, Dashboard, People, Grow, Reports and Admin sections.
• People access is to My Team, Organization Chart and Team Member Directory
• Grow access includes Announcements, Core Values, Organization Growth Plan, Kudos Log, Resource Center
• Report access to limited Admin level reports. No abilty to adjust Admin pay settings/wage scales.
• Note: HR Admins do not have ability to view subordinate pay data unless specified by their role code in the Pay Access Settings screen.
