Use this email to send to your team members about logging into BLOOM for the first time
[Following is an email to distribute to Team Members on how to login to BLOOM for the first time.]
Logging in to BLOOM for the first time
To log in to the system for the first time, complete the following steps.
You will be asked to change your password upon initial login. Please change your password to one that only you know. If you are not asked to change your password, please contact support@bloomware.com. You will also be asked to establish a secret question for security purposes should you need to change your password in the future.
Note that you do not need to complete these steps if you received an invitation to log in for the first time. Simply follow the instructions provided in the invitation.

Enter login information -
- Organization: See HR
- Team Member ID: email address
If your email doesn't work use your first initial + last name (jsmith) - Password: first name + 22 (john22)
Also, keep in mind that the "Update" button needs to be clicked on each screen in order to save your entries. Also, the system may timeout after approximately 20-30 minutes of inactivity on your internet connection and for security reasons. You will need to login again when that happens and information that was not saved will be lost.
