Utilize the Kudos and Feedback function to post private notes in employee records for Managers and HR only to view.
To Add Kudos/Feedback Notes
From the dashboard or an employee's Kudos/Feedback screen, click "Give Feedback".
Add Comment
Add the comment selecting whether you want to hide your name. Then select "No: Visible to direct manager and HR only" so the comment employee cannot see the comment.
HR and Managers Can Click "Edit" to Modify The Comment
