Add Your Organizational Growth Plan to BLOOM

Your Strategic Growth Plan is the tiered plan of Initiatives, Objectives, Goals and Action Steps required for your organization to grow. Organizations typically have 4-5 major Initiatives that they are working on at one time with many projects under each. The Growth Plan helps employees understand how projects and tasks contribute to the impact on the organization’s major objectives and goals for achieving success.

In the left navigation, click on GROWTH GOALS under the GROW menu.

Administrator and Executive security levels can build the Growth Plan.  Assigned Team Members can revise the level details that they are assigned to.

Start building out each Goal by clicking on ADD GROWTH GOALS.

 

For each Goal, add each Objective with its subsequent Strategies and Tactics in a tiered fashion. 

For each level of Objectives, Strategies, and Tactics, you can add comprehensive details including the following:

  • Name
  • Objective
  • Measurement
  • Due date
  • Percent completion
  • Outcome notes
  • Date complete
  • Post progress notes (date-stamped)
  • Assign team members (Team Members tab)
  • Load files
