Add Results Files to Team Member Activities

As Team Members complete Activities, you can add certificates and results to their Activity record or in their Files section.

When you complete an activity, you may have a Certificate of Completion or a Results Assessment that you may want to attach to your Activity Record.
 
  • Go to the Activity section and select the Activity you wish to attach the file.  This can be done from Personal, Manager, or Admin security levels.
  • Go to Add Files and add the file to the Activity file section. 
  • Click the Add File link.
  • Upload your file and done!  The file is now attached to your Activity record.

 
 
You can also see the Activity record from the Team Member "Files" list.
